Hexanaval
A self-adhesive anti-drumming tile that, despite its low weight, ensures a high reduction of construction noise. HexaNaval is easy and quick to process. Due to the self-adhesive tile, no time is lost with drying time and no material is lost because it hardens before it is processed.
Hexanaval is mainly used in ship and machine construction, air ducts, and automotive.
Hexanaval Aluminium
This is a multi-layer structural sound-absorbing material that combines high performance with low added weight. It is designed to effectively reduce vibration in aluminum, fiber-reinforced plastics, and carbon composite surfaces. The core of the material is a combination of a honeycomb attached to a viscoelastic layer finished with a thin aluminum top layer. The product is self-adhesive for easy and quick application.
It is commonly used for typical automotive applications for damping of body panels such as doors, roof, fenders, and trunk. In addition, typical nautical applications are hull, bulkhead, and deck damping in aluminum hull vessels of less than 500 GT and all fiber-reinforced plastic or carbon composite vessels.
Hexavanal Steel
This is a multi-layer structural sound-absorbing material that combines high performance with low added weight. It is designed to effectively reduce the vibrations in steel surfaces. The core of the material is a combination of a honeycomb attached to a viscoelastic layer finished with a thin steel top plate. The product is self-adhesive for easy and quick application.
It is commonly used for typical automotive applications: damping of body panels such as doors, roof, fenders and trunk. In addition, typical nautical applications are: hull, bulkhead and deck damping in steel-hulled ships under 500 GT.
