ALGP
A specially developed product for absorbing airborne noise. The shape of the ALGP perforation makes it ideal for absorbing airborne noise, but it also prevents the passage of moisture. ALGP is used in combination with an air cavity behind the plate or a rock wool plate for optimal functioning. The specific properties are listed below. Due to its design, it can be cleaned with a high-pressure sprayer without the space behind becoming damp. Residual waste can be disposed of as normal aluminum.
ALGP can be cut, drilled, punched, and sawn like a normal aluminum plate. It is also possible to deform and weld this plate. ALGP is mainly used in ship and bus construction, machine-building, and HVAC installations.
Effective airborne sound-absorbing
ALGP is an aluminum micro-perforation plate. Due to the particularly fine perforation and the shape of the perforation, airborne noise is absorbed very effectively. High absorption values are achieved in combination with an air cavity or absorbent material. ALGP can be machined by drilling, cutting, setting, and welding.
The product is often used in engine rooms of yachts, engine rooms in buses and coaches, aggregates, compressors, generators, HVAC installations, cylindrical and dampers, and vertical walls. The plate size is 2200 x 1260 x 1.6 mm.
